By accessing or using RemindMe.Love, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it reasonably up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, controlling access to your account, and all activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

If the service is not intended for users in a jurisdiction where these Terms are unenforceable or prohibited, you should not use the service there.

2. Permitted use

You may use RemindMe.Love for lawful, personal reminder and planning purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm another person.
• Probe, scan, reverse engineer, disable, or interfere with the service or its security features except as allowed by law.
• Use bots, scraping, bulk automation, or abusive request patterns that overload or misuse the service.
• Upload or submit content you do not have the right to use.
• Use the service to send spam, deceptive content, or unlawful communications.

3. Reminders, nudges, and generated content

The service may generate reminder timing, message ideas, nudges, occasion prompts, and gift suggestions. These outputs are provided for convenience and inspiration. You are responsible for reviewing anything before relying on it, sending it, or acting on it.

Generated or suggested content may be incomplete, repetitive, inaccurate, poorly timed, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances. RemindMe.Love does not guarantee emotional outcomes, interpersonal results, or suitability of any suggested message, nudge, or plan.

4. Delivery disclaimer

Reminder delivery is best-effort. Delivery may be affected by:

• Email provider filtering, outages, rate limits, or mailbox rules.
• SMS carrier support, gateway limitations, filtering, or regional restrictions.
• Browser push permissions, service worker support, device settings, or app/browser updates.
• Network, hosting, software, or third-party provider interruptions.

You should not use RemindMe.Love as the sole system for time-sensitive, legal, medical, emergency, safety-critical, or business-critical notifications.

5. Optional features and third-party destinations

Some features are optional or experimental, including SMS beta and browser push. Optional features may change, be limited, or be removed at any time.

The service may also display gift suggestions or outbound shopping links. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, shipping, policies, content, security, or products of third-party websites or merchants you visit from those links.

6. Affiliate disclosure

Some shopping or recommendation links may be affiliate links. If you click or buy through one of those links, RemindMe.Love may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate participation does not change your purchase contract with the merchant, and we do not guarantee any third-party product or service.

7. Your content and license

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to the service, including event data, notes, saved messages, and gift planning content. You grant RemindMe.Love a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify as technically necessary, and process that content solely to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and support the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content you provide and that doing so does not violate law or the rights of any third party.

8. Our intellectual property

The service itself, including site design, branding, software, page structure, non-user-created copy, and underlying product materials, is owned by or licensed to RemindMe.Love and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or grant you rights beyond the limited right to use it under these Terms.

9. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, abused the product, or exposed us or other users to harm or legal risk.

You may stop using the service at any time. If account deletion tools or support workflows are provided, deletion requests will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and operational retention needs.

10. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemindMe.Love is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that reminders will always be sent, received, or delivered at a particular time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemindMe.Love and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, use, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, if we are found liable for any claim arising out of or related to the service, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of twenty-five U.S. dollars (USD $25) or the amount you paid us, if any, for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RemindMe.Love and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or another person's rights.

13. Changes to the service and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

If you continue using the service after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state and country in which the service operator is organized or principally located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts with jurisdiction over that location, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
